    Terms of Service

    Last updated: July 23, 2026. These Terms govern your use of FlipHunt, a deal intelligence service for Canadian resellers, provided by FlipHunt Inc. ("FlipHunt", "we", "us").

    Acceptance of Terms

    By creating an account or using FlipHunt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Canadian law to use FlipHunt.

    Description of Service

    FlipHunt provides software that helps you find potentially profitable resale opportunities. This includes marketplace scanning, profit calculations that estimate fees for Canadian sellers, watchlists, alerts, and related tools. We aggregate publicly available listing data. We are not a marketplace, we do not buy or sell inventory for you, and we do not guarantee profitability, accuracy of third-party prices, or availability of any deal.

    User Accounts

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@fliphunt.ca if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person, one account. Sharing accounts or reselling access is not permitted.

    Subscription and Payment

    FlipHunt is billed at $15 CAD per month, plus applicable taxes (HST/GST/QST depending on your province). The offering includes:

    • 7-day free trial: full access for 7 days, no charge. You will be asked for payment details when starting the trial.
    • Auto-renewal: after the trial, your subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Billing is processed via Stripe.
    • Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from the app under Billing, or by emailing support@fliphunt.ca. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
    • Price changes: we will give you at least 14 days notice by email before any price change takes effect.

    All amounts are in Canadian dollars. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your province.

    User Conduct

    You agree not to:

    • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from FlipHunt beyond normal browser usage.
    • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with our services or infrastructure.
    • Use FlipHunt for any unlawful purpose, or to violate third-party marketplace terms.
    • Share misleading profit claims using FlipHunt screenshots out of context.

    Intellectual Property

    FlipHunt, its logo, design, copy, and software are owned by FlipHunt Inc. and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for your own resale research. You retain ownership of your watchlists and inputs. Marketplace names and logos belong to their respective owners.

    Disclaimer of Warranties

    FlipHunt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep data fresh and calculations accurate for Canadian fees, but we do not warrant that deals are profitable, listings are still available, shipping costs or taxes are exact, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Use your own judgment before purchasing any inventory.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipHunt Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or inventory value arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months before the claim. Some provinces do not allow limitations of certain liabilities, so this may not apply to you.

    Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, with venue in Toronto, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your province.

    Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the service. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law, will survive.

    Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version with an updated date and, if the changes are material, notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use FlipHunt after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
